Glacann daltaí na scoile páirt i Scléip, an comórtas náisiúnta ceoil agus taibhithe d’iarbhunscoileanna lán-Ghaeilge. Tá ár ndaltaí ag cur a gcuid buanna os comhair an phobail le blianta beaga anuas, agus tugann an comórtas deis iontach dóibh nascadh le scoileanna eile, cairdeas nua a chruthú, agus an Ghaeilge a cheiliúradh trí cheol, amhránaíocht agus léirithe cruthaitheacha.
Tá cór na scoile agus grúpa ceoil na scoile ag croílár shaol ceoil na scoile. Bíonn siad ag cleachtadh go rialta gach seachtain, agus léiríonn siad an paisean agus an grá atá ann don cheol i measc ár ndaltaí. Seinneann siad ag mórimeachtaí na scoile, chomh maith le himeachtaí pobail, lena n-áirítear ceolchoirmeacha le Music Generation, agus taibhithe sa leabharlann áitiúil mar chuid de Sheachtain na Gaeilge.

Táimid ag súil go mór leis an gceoldráma i mbliana – High School Musical, a bheidh ar stáitse i mí na Nollag 2025. Ní hamháin gur deis í seo do dhaltaí a gcuid tallann a léiriú, ach freisin cuireann sé spiorad pobail, cruthaitheacht agus fuinneamh beochtúil chun tosaigh i saol na scoile.
Students in our school take part in Scléip, the national music and performance competition for Irish-medium post-primary schools. In recent years, our students have showcased their talents on this stage, enjoying a wonderful opportunity to connect with other schools, build new friendships, and celebrate the Irish language through music, song, and creative performance.
At the heart of musical life in our school are the school choir and music group, who rehearse weekly. Their commitment reflects the strong passion for music among our students. Both groups perform regularly at school events as well as within the wider community, including concerts with Music Generation, and performances in local libraries and Irish-language shops.
Every year, Transition Year students stage a major school musical, one of the highlights of the school’s cultural calendar. In recent years, they have delivered outstanding productions:

We are especially looking forward to this year’s production – High School Musical, which will take place in December 2025. The musical is not only a wonderful opportunity for students to showcase their talents, but it also brings creativity, community spirit, and vibrant energy to school life.
